Here’s your opportunity to make a difference in the Woodbridge HOA… Woodbridge Neighborhood Reps Needed!!!
Woodbridge homeowners love the tree lined streets, the traditional light posts and the feeling of community that is enjoyed by the residents in our thirteen neighborhoods. Ask anyone who lives in Woodbridge and they are likely to tell you that they were drawn to the class and beauty of the neighborhood, the easy access to all of the conveniences of the city as well as all of the features and amenities that Woodbridge has to offer.
I truly enjoy living in Woodbridge and feel a responsibility for helping maintain the sense of community that drew our family here 10 years ago. As most of you know, the development of Woodbridge is quickly coming to an end and the Herzog Development Corporation has started transitioning the governance of Woodbridge toward homeowner control.
The first step toward homeowner control of the Woodbridge HOA has been the development of a homeowner Modifications Committee that is being charged with the task of streamlining the processes required to approve architectural modifications. Your neighbors that have taken on this important and daunting task are David De Anda, Angela Keeton, Staci Pannek, Chris Strickler and Danny Turk. They will be responsible for approving/disapproving fence modifications, pool or patio additions, solar devices and a myriad of other modifications that homeowners want to make to their properties. All of these modifications are governed in the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions that you were given when you bought your home. These Woodbridge residents all have jobs, families and lives just like you and I but have offered to serve in this capacity to maintain our property values and keep our neighborhood looking beautiful. I appreciate their willingness to serve and when you see them around town be sure to tell them THANK YOU for offering their time for our community.
Another opportunity for you to serve the Woodbridge community is coming up. There are several Woodbridge Neighborhood Reps Needed… But the Candidate Questionnaire must be turned in by MARCH 17th.
